Barnyard & Pavilion Guidelines

RENTERS AND VISITORS USE THE FACILITIES AT THEIR SOLE RISK Management and owners are not responsible for any injury to persons, pets or damage/theft of personal property. Management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the campground and its visitors, or failure to abide by campground rules.

• ALL EVENTS MUST END BY 9PM
• $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT DUE TO HOLD EVENT DATE
• HALF OF THE BALANCE IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE AND THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE
• SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FIRST HALF OF BALANCE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY CANCELATIONS AFTER 45 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT
• CLIENT MUST PROVIDE ALL EVENT EQUIPMENT TO INCLUDE PORTABLE LAVATORY
• CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EVENT PARKING IN DESIGNATED AREAS
• ALL TRASH MUST BE PLACED IN DUMPSTER (ON THE RIGHT AS YOU EXIT THE CAMPGROUND). TRASH BAGS MUST BE IN CANS AT ALL TIMES
• THE GROUNDS MUST BE CLEANED OF ALL FOOD AND DEBRIS
• TABLES AND CHAIRS MUST BE CLEANED AND RETURNED TO THEIR ORIGINAL LOCATION
• ENSURE ALL LIGHTS ARE TURNED OFF BEFORE EXITING
• RENTAL SPACE IS TO BE LEFT IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION NO LATER THEN THE SCHEDULED TIME OR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE

PLEASE NOTE: Mulberries normally fall during the month of June. If your event is longer than allotted hours, there will be an additional surcharge of $50.00 per hour. ASK ABOUT OUR DISCOUNTED CAMPING PACKAGE
